Be it sustainable Sablefish from our MSC-accredited boats in Canada, King Crab from the artisanal fishery in the Murmansk region of Norway or pole and line caught Tuna from the Indian Ocean, we work very closely with our fishermen to create an ethically viable supply chain regardless of distance to bring the best of the Sea to a Chef’s Table. Equally, whether it is organically-farmed Scottish Salmon, Diver-caught Scallops or Fresh Catch from the day boats off the Cornish coast, our wet fish division is committed to promote local catch and get as close to the source as possible.
